2010 Track Rules


2010 Volunteer Speedway Rules and Procedures

Drivers, Mechanics, Participants and Fans: Rules for each respective division are posted for your convenience here on the Volunteer Speedway Web site. We urge you to carefully read the General and Safety rules as well as rules for your division.

We have tried to make racing as competitive, affordable and safe as possible for all racers and fans. VOLUNTEER SPEEDWAY's rules and procedures are explained in detail. The management of VOLUNTEER SPEEDWAY wishes all of you a successful and safe 2010 racing season.

*** NOTE: For the 2010 racing season all classes will be required to run a RACEceiver!!! Drivers will be told over the RACEceiver where to line up (behind of or in front of cars) while under caution. ANY driver who pulls down to the attention of a pit official on the front straightaway without being instructed to over the RACEceiver to argue/fuss about where they're told to line up or to be checked to see if sheet-metal needs to be pulled away from a tire, will automatically be placed at the rear of the field to restart the race.

Also, only one RACEceiver unit permitted inside driver compartment, if more than one unit is found ... the driver/car will be disqualified for the night's racing program. The RACEceiver units will be for sale at the track on race nights.

SECTION 10

SAFETY RULES

10-1 All drivers MUST have full firesuit to include racing gloves (Mechanix Gloves not permitted) and shoes.

10-2 All cars MUST have working fire extinguisher within reach of driver.

10-3 Helmets MUST meet ANSI Specifications.

10-4 Racing seats are mandatory, but MUST be factory manufactured aluminum and acceptable to Track Officials. Positively NO HOMEMADE aluminum, plastic, or fiberglass seats allowed. Seat MUST be properly installed and seat backrest cannot be moved back further than the trailing edge of the door.

10-5 Five-point racing harness required. MUST have manufacturers label and date and must be within two years. Any belts older than two years or that has no label WILL NOT be allowed.

10-6 Roll cage must be constructed of no less than 1 1/2 inch seamless steel tubing with a minimum wall thickness of .090. The cage MUST be welded to the frame in at least six places.

10-7 No bars outside of car. All bars within reach of driver MUST be padded.

10-8 All cars must have a fuel cell. Fuel cell MUST be enclosed in metal and mounted securely between rear frame rails with 1-inch square tubing. MUST have two straps going under and over the fuel cell.

10-9 All cars MUST have three windshield bars in front of driver, 1/8 inch x 1 inch minimum.

10-10 MUST have drive shaft loops. (Front and Rear) 1/4 inch x 2 inch minimum. Drive shaft MUST be painted white.

10-11 All added weight must be securely fastened and MUST be painted white with driver's car number written on the weight. Any car losing a piece(s) weight will result in the disqualification of the driver for the night's racing.

10-12 Window net is required for all cars in all classes. Must be securely mounted with tension when fastened. Sprint Car type nets WILL be permitted. Must extend full length of window opening mounted to roll cage at B-post and A-post with quick release. Full size nets must have quick release at top.

10-13 Battery MUST be enclosed in box and mounted securely.

10-14 All cars MUST have complete firewalls front and rear.

10-15 Blow-proof bell housing recommended or floorboard covered with belting.

ALL CARS WILL BE INSPECTED BEFORE GOING ONTO TRACK. ANY CAR DEEMED UNSAFE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON TRACK. DECISIONS OF TRACK OFFICIALS WILL BE FINAL.

SECTION 20

*** No two-way radio communication between driver and crew members will be permitted in 2010 in any class!!!

GENERAL RULES

20-1 Track Official's decisions will be final. We cannot make and will no attempt to make rules to fit everyone's needs and desires, be willing to go by the rules outlined in the following pages.

20-2 We expect courteous conduct from ALL participants at all times. Each and every one of you have an image to uphold for the fans and sponsors. We will not tolerate profanity and/or any other unprofessional actions in front of race fans, officials and management. Fighting will not be tolerated. ANYONE caught fighting will be suspended and/or fined from the day's events and possibly future events. ALL drivers are responsible for their crew members and their actions.

20-3 At any time your dress, actions and conduct are not in the best interest of the speedway, you may be asked to leave the grounds with suspension and/or fine.

20-4 No driver may get out of his/her car on the track or infield to argue or discuss the race with officials. If this rule is violated the driver may be disqualified and/or fined for the event and/or future events. ALL drivers are responsible for their crew members and their actions.

20-5 There will be no alcoholic beverages or controlled substances before or during the race program in the pits. Anyone caught with either of these on their person or in their equipment may be suspeneded and/or fined. Volunteer Speedway also reserves the right to submit ANYONE they see fit to a breathalyzer test at any time.

20-6 The speedway is private property. Through your admission ticket you have been given the right to be on this property in conjunction with racing activities. However, the management of the speedway reserves the right to revoke and cancel this right at any time that it is felt that your presence or conduct is not in the best interest of the sport of auto racing, your fellow competitors, the fans or management of the speedway.

20-7 Drivers will be paid according to laps completed.

20-8 As driver/owner, you are an independent contractor and assume all responsibility for all charges, premiums and taxes, if any, payable on funds you may receive for your participation at any racing events at the speedway. Arrangements of purse payments to anyone other than the driver must be made in writing PRIOR to race night.

20-9 Each driver that receives a check, provided there is no disqualification, in their name will be after the said event has concluded. Either the driver or the owner may receive the check. Unclaimed purse checks will be held for three weeks ONLY. Issuance of a replacement check for any reason is subject to a $30 fee.

20-10 ALL drivers earning $600 or more will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year. ALL forms will be made out to driver only. Unless previous arrangements have been made.

20-11 In case of protest, payoff may be held until the following week.

20-12 ALL cars are subject to inspection at ANY time.

20-13 Driver will be held responsible for entire pit crew and their actions.

20-14 Any car or cars caught illegal receives no money. Points are lost on the race in which you are disqualified. If a driver/car owner refuses to a teardown, they forfeit all monies and points for that night's events. Flagrant cheating will draw a substantial fine.

20-15 Refusing to obey Track Officials while on the track will result in laps being taken away, and driver parked in the pits for the remainder of his/her race, suspension and/or fine.

20-16 No driver can qualify two cars for any ONE division.

20-17 After car and driver have qualified/drawn for starting position, if driver chooses another car the car and driver MUST start in the rear. No driver will be allowed to change cars DURING the race. Failing to notify officials of said change BEFORE race will result in no monies and/or points for that nights racing event.

20-18 No work can be done on racecars on the track. ALL work on racecars must be done in pit area. No courtesy laps will be given for repair work. One lap will be taken away if car repairs are made on the track.

20-19 Pit crews will be able to work on cars during red flag. Any car entering the pits under red or yellow flag conditions must restart in the rear.

20-20 Track management reserves the right to update, modify, add or delete rules at any time without prior notifications.

20-21 Any infraction of the rules may result in extra weight being added to the car in question to compensate for infraction.

20-22 Track Officials and Management may refuse to allow any driver to compete in any division at their sole discretion.

20-23 Amount to be fined will be decided by track management and person or persons fined will not be allowed on speedway grounds until said fines are settled.

20-24 Track Officials may inspect any car at any time before or after an event. Volunteer Speedway reserves the right to inspect/protest any car using the same methods as protest. No extra money will be awarded for SPEEDWAY teardowns.

20-25 The Speedway reserves the right to alter and/or amend any rule in the interest of fair competition.

20-26 No one is allowed on the racing surface during the race under caution. In the event of a wreck ONLY emergency personnel and speedway officials are allowed on the track. Any crew member, family member, or spectators entering the track will be fined. All of this is in the interest of safety. While we realize the concerns involved during a wreck we provide the best care possible and will summon any family members, crew members, etc. when necessary

20-27 No driver, car owner, mechanic or anyone else shall have any claims for damages, expenses, or otherwise against the track, its officials, or anyone associated with Volunteer Speedway. Volunteer Speedway will not be responsible for automobiles damaged in parking area.

20-28 Injuries received AT the track MUST be reported to officials BEFORE leaving premises. Failure to do so may result in non-payment of insurance claims. All claims MUST first be submitted to YOUR insurance carrier.

20-29 The official scorer at the speedway shall be responsible for timing and scoring of all events. Actual rechecks of scoring will not be addressed until AFTER the completion of the nights racing program and MUST be accompanied with $100 cash.

20-30 The decision of the race officials on interpretation of rules, scoring, flagging and race procedures will be FINAL.

20-31 Entrance to restricted areas, such as pits, must be limited to legitimate "waiver" signed participates. NO children under the age of 16 permitted in the inside pits.

20-32 A waiver and release MUST be signed at every event by EACH participant, including driver, crew members, officials, etc.

20-33 ALL drivers and car numbers MUST be registered with the speedway.

20-34 Car numbers will be distributed on a first come and first served basis to car owners.

20-35 Volunteer Speedway reserves the right to require modification of the number as displayed by visibility such as duplicate numbers and/or hard to read numbers. Cars not meeting requirements may not be scored.

20-36 Car numbers MUST be a minimum of 18 inches high and 3 inches wide on each door and roof. Roof numbers MUST read from passenger side. Numbers MUST be legible.

20-37 Volunteer Speedway retains the rights to reserve a section on the cars to display class sponsors.

20-38 Driver is responsible for having car in safe condition.

20-39 All cars MUST have an operating starter.

20-40 Any part not complying to the rules will result in disqualification of car.

20-41 Track officials may at their own discretion, on any given night, choose to check any finishing car.

20-42 Anyone who brings a four-wheeler, an all-terrain vehicle, etc. to the speedway MUST show proof of insurance on it and valid driver's license before they will be allowed to operate it. Only the person operating the four-wheeler, all-terrain vehicle, etc. is to be on it.

SECTION 30

RACE PROCEDURES

30-1 All green flag starts will be made by flagman at the cone, with the pole car setting the pace.

30-2 Anticipating the start, or firing before the green will be considered a penalty and the offending driver or drivers may be put back one row. In the event of a caution, before the first lap is complete, the field will be lined up for a complete restart in the original order. Providing there are no penalties to be assessed. Any driver coming to a stop during the first lap, and, in the opinion of the Officials has done so deliberately to cause a restart, will be put to the rear of the field.

30-3 Any car bringing out three cautions, for any reason, will be sent to the pits indefinitely.

30-4 VOLUNTEER SPEEDWAY HAS A "NO JUDGEMENT" CAUTION RULE, WHICH MEANS, ANY CAR THAT CAUSES A CAUTION TO BE THROWN WILL BE SENT TO THE REAR OF THE FIELD. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT OR ROUGH DRIVING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY.

30-5 After the "one-to-go" has been shown to the leader, any car stopping to talk to a track official, or for any other reason will be put to the rear of the field.

30-6 If position on track is in question, pull alongside of car in question and ride until track officials put you into position. You will be told two times. Failure to get in line will result in being placed to the rear of the field and/or not being scored. IF you do not get into position the show WILL go on.

30-7 All cars in every division will be needed to help pack the track throughout the year. PLEASE help us with this. Failure to do so will result in loss of practice.

30-8 Enter track only at Turn 2 for cars pitting on hillside, and Turn 1 for cars pitting inside track. During the race any car entering track other than Turn 1 exit will be black flagged for a stop and go penalty.

30-9 Exit the track to hillside pit area at Turn 3 gate only.

30-10 DO NOT BLOCK PIT AREA AT ANY TIME.

30-11 All cars pitting in the infield pit area will be given two laps to make a pit stop. No cars will be allowed to exit the track to the hillside pit area during their respective race.

30-12 YELLOW FLAG: No racing back to the flag. The scorers will determine positions according to the last SCORED green flag lap.

30-13 BLACK FLAG: Report to pit area immediately. Black flag will be displayed three times to the driver. Failure to obey the flag after third time will result in score card being pulled.

30-14 MOVE OVER FLAG: Lap cars will be given the move over flag three times. Failure to comply will result in the black flag.

30-15 Drivers are scored at the flag stand.

30-16 Armbands must be worn at all times. Failure to do so will result in the purchase of another pit pass.

30-17 All car owners, drivers, and crew members must comply with all safety, general, and race procedures set forth in the VOLUNTEER SPEEDWAY Rule Book

30-18 Track Officials reserve the right to make judgment calls if necessary.

30-19 All drivers MUST sign in at the B-side concession stand and register for qualifying order no later than 6:15 p.m. Any drivers arriving after 6:15 p.m. MUST notify a Track Official upon their arrival. They will then be placed at the rear of the qualifying order. All drivers in classes that draw for position need to register for the feature line up positions. Any driver arriving late on classes that draw will start at the rear of the field.

30-20 All drivers are responsible for looking at the qualifying lineups, which are posted at the concession stands by track officials. If driver is not in line to qualify in the order drawn, driver will not qualify.

30-21 The speedway reserves the right to an inversion at any time with no less than 4 positions and no more than 8 positions of the qualifying classes at any time. If deemed necessary a six-sided dice, containing the following numbers will be used – 4, 4, 6, 6, 8 and 8. The dice will be rolled by a fan before the first feature race. The number rolled will be the inversion for the night’s events.

30-22 If you are competing in more than one division you MUST pay an entry fee for the other division(s) to be run.

30-23 Any driver (all divisions) winning three consecutive races, will start no better than the sixth position at the next event attended.

30-24 If on the initial attempt(s) to start the feature a driver is involved in an on-track incident and goes into the infield pits for attention from their crew once the yellow flag has waved, the driver WILL NOT be permitted to go back into their regular starting position for the double-file restart. The driver must restart from the rear of the field!!! But for any driver involved in an on-track incident before a green-flag lap is completed, you will be allowed to stop on the front straightaway to let an official look over your car for a flat tire or to pull bent sheet-metal … and then go back to your original starting position for the double-file restart.

SECTION 40

PROTEST PROCEDURES

40-1 All cars in all classes are subject to inspection at any time and at the expense of the driver.

40-2 All protests and inspection will be done at the discretion of and handled by Track Officials. Any car is subject to inspection at any time by officials. This includes but is NOT LIMITED to internal engine components as well as chassis, fuel and safety inspections.

40-3 Protest shall be made to the chief pit steward or head tech inspector. All parties involved will be notified after the completion of the race and protest is filed. Protest is limited to the top 3 finishers and only the car that finishes directly behind protested car. Any protest must be filed within 5 minutes from the completion of a race. A car must have finished in order to file a protest. Only the car owner or driver of the race and division in which they participate may file a protest. The Speedway reserves the right to inspect the car filing the protest for the same infractions.

40-3-1 All other protests carry no monetary value. The Speedway will retain 50 percent of all protest fees to cover additional expenses incurred regardless the outcome.

40-4 Driver, car owner and Track Officials are allowed in protest area. Protesters are not allowed to look at parts that are deemed legal. "In other words, if you are being beat by a legal car, I'm not going to let you see what is beating you."

40-5 Top five cars are subject to inspection every week.

40-6 Visual Protest $100

40-7 To look at the top part of the head and intake $1,000

40-8 To look at the block and go to the pan $1,000

Rules are designed to provide for orderly conduct of racing events. NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL RESULT FROM THE PUBLICATION OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES. Any specifications set forth herein will be subject to change as necessary, in the interest of fair competition. The officials of VOLUNTEER SPEEDWAY will make interpretation of rules. Any adjustments, additions or amendments by officials in the interest of equal competition can be made without notification.

SECTION 50

SUPER LATE MODEL

50-1 … BODY – World of Outlaws Late Model/Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series type body rules apply. 38-inch rear deck height.

50-2 … SPOILERS – 8" x 72" (rear) maximum. Maximum three fins. Additional braces can be used - 1" material.

50-3 … ENGINE/WEIGHT

a. Unlimited cubic inches with aluminum blocks - aluminum heads-------------2,300 lbs.

b. Unlimited cubic inches with all cast iron block - aluminum or steel heads-------------2,200 lbs.

c. 362 cubic inches maximum, with flat top pistons, any camshaft, any steel cylinder head and steel block-------2,150 lbs.

d. GM Performance Parts CT525 sealed crate engine and Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series spec engine-------2,150 lbs. The GM Performance Parts CT525 sealed crate engine may utilize and operate with a coil-pack or distributor-less type ignition system. (***Note: Both GM Performance Parts CT525 crate engine and Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series spec engine will be allowed to have a 12-inch rear spoiler, however, no other body modifications or changes will be permitted.)

e. No other engines may be ran without the track officials approval

50-4 … TRANSMISSION – Must have working forward and reverse. No direct drives.

50-5 … FUEL – Gas.

50-6 … ENGINES

a. All engines must be based on factory design and be naturally aspirated. No turbo-chargers, blowers or fuel-injection.

b. All engines limited to one spark plug and two valves per cylinder.

c. Maximum engine setback, 6 inches from center of ball joint to front spark plug. NO TOLERANCE

d. All cars must have an operating starter.

50-7 … IGNITION

a. Single magneto, or single distributor ignition system.

b. No traction control devices allowed.

50-8 … CARBURETOR – One four barrel carburetor.

50-9 … TIRES – NO TIRE RULE … OPEN TIRES!!!

SECTION 60

PRO LATE MODEL (Fastrak Racing Series-sanctioned)

60-1 ... BODY:

a. Standard dirt Late Model body rules apply.

b. Spoilers: 8" x 72" maximum. Maximum three fins. Additional braces can be used - 1" material. (No 12" rear spoilers allowed!)

Plexiglass not permitted.

Supports or blades, maximum length of 18 inches, where it attaches to the car.

Blade must taper from front of blade upwards to spoiler. Measured total of all material including any turns re: turn up on spoilers.

Three blades allowed. Rear of blade must be even with rear of deck sheet metal.

Blade must have a minimum of 2 1/2 inches clearance between front of blade and rear of window post.

Blade at front edge must be a maximum height of 4 inches. Two-piece spoiler allowed, but must be bolted together at joint and attached to single blade at that joint. If bolted together both pieces must be exact same angle.

60-2 ... CHASSIS:

a. Tube type frames allowed.

60-3 ... ENGINE:

The 2010 Pro Late Model class will be strictly crate engines ONLY!!!!! The required engines will be either the GM Crate Engine #602 or #604

These are factory sealed crate engine packages, sealed at the intake manifold, cylinder head, front cover, and oil pan with special twist off bolt heads. The engines are complete from intake manifold, stamped steel valve covers with racing style breathers, and 8 quart dual kick-out circle track racing oil pan.

NOTE: Engines come factory sealed and must remain sealed!!!!! Absolutely no tampering.

Also, tri-wy headers are not allowed for 2010!!!

60-4 ... WEIGHT:

GM Crate Engine #602----------2,200 lbs.

GM Crate Engine #604----------2,350 lbs.

(No per lap weight break following the race!!!)

60-5 ... TRANSMISSION:

a. Must have working forward and reverse.

b. Must be able to shift from forward to reverse with engine running.

c. No direct drives.

60-6 ... FUEL:

a. Gasoline only (No oxygenated fuel will be permitted!!!). Absolutely no alcohol allowed!!!

b. No additives.

60-7 ... CARBURETOR:

a. Any 750 CFM carburetor or smaller. Must have 1 11/16th base plate maximum. No exceptions. (Measured with no go!). Aerosol carburetors are not legal.

b. 604 - 1 inch carb spacer (NO TOLERANCE)

602 - 2 inch carb spacer (NO TOLERANCE)

The distance is measured top to bottom of spacer (NO TOLERANCE). Please take time to check your plate with a gauge, not a tape measure. It is your responsibility to make sure it’s right.

c. Spacer must not be more than 1 inch at any point on the GM 604 and not more than 2 inches on the GM 602. Not just around the edges. No spacer may protrude into carburetor or intake.

d. One gasket allowed on top from carburetor to spacer. One gasket allowed from bottom of carburetor to intake. Legal gaskets are standard gaskets only (.070 maximum).

e. No fuel injection, nitrous oxide or other type systems allowed.

f. Two throttle springs strongly recommended!!!

g. Billet base plates may be used (.780 maximum).

60-8 ... IGNITION:

a. No magnetos. Electronic ignition allowed. MSD type box allowed (preferred).

b. No traction control devices allowed.

60-9 ... TIRES: For the 2010 racing season at Volunteer Speedway, the Fastrak Racing Series-sanctioned Pro Late Model class will run on Hoosier tires. The only three Hoosier tire compounds allowed will be the FT200, FT400 and FT600. No siping/grooving of tires is permitted. David Bryant Motorsports will be handling sales of racing fuel and parts at the track along with the Hoosier tires for Pro Late Models during the 2010 racing season. 60-10 ... WHEELS: Steel or aluminum permitted.

60-11 … OIL PUMP:

a. Wet sump only. No external oil pumps period. Even if considered “wet.”

b. Remote oil filter and lines permitted. (One) remote oil filter.

c. Oil cooler allowed. (One)

NOTE ... Cheating on engines and engine parts: In order to ensure the (crate engine) Pro Late Model division stays on an equal playing field for all competitors, tough sanctions will be levied against anyone found to be bending/violating the the rules. Any driver whose factory-sealed GM Crate Engine has been found to have been tampered with; including internal engine parts or any part that a sealing bolt has been tampered with (and or) removed ... will result in a $1,000 fine, loss of winnings for the night, and neither car or driver will be allowed to participate until fine has been paid in full. Furthermore, an indefinite suspension will be assessed against the driver. Information pertaining to the guilty driver will also be passed along to the Fastrak Racing Series, plus to any regional tracks also running crate engines.

SECTION 100

HOBBY STOCK

100-1 … BODY

a. Any sedan with a minimum 108 inch wheel-base. No trucks or station wagons permitted. Front-wheel drive cars are eligible.

b. All cars must remain stock from front to rear.

c. All doors must be welded shut.

d. The interior must be completely gutted.

e. All glass and trim must be removed.

f. Hood and trunk must be fastened with hood pins.

g. Aftermarket nose pieces are permitted.

h. Inner fenders can be removed in front only.

i. No bracing of any item allowed.

100-2 … SAFETY

a. Aluminum racing seat required.

b. Five-point racing harness required mounted to cage. Must be within two years of manufacture and label must be attached.

c. Driving suit, top and bottoms required.

d. Driving gloves required.

e. Working fire extinguisher required, within reach of driver.

f. Fuel cells required and mounted properly in center of trunk. Sixteen (16) gallon maximum.

g. Battery may be located on the right side of the floor or remain in its stock location. Must be securely fastened and enclosed in a battery box.

h. Driveshaft must have two loops, front and rear, 1/4 inch x 2 inch.

i. Three bars in front of driver at windshield location. 1/8 inch x 1 inch.

j. A roll cage is required using 1 1/2 inch x .095 roll bar tubing (NO BLACK PIPE). Four point cage with front loop required, six point recommended. Must have four door bars at driver's side and two passenger door bars. Doors may be hulled out for bars. All bars within drivers reach must be padded.

k. Window net required.

100-3 … SUSPENSION

a. Suspension must remain stock, including all mounts. No chaining permitted.

b. Frame height must be minimum of 5 1/2 inches. However, a 1/2 inch tolerance will be permitted.

c. Stock steering only.

100-4 … TRANSMISSION

a. Must be stock.

b. Automatic or manual permitted.

100-5 … EXHAUST

a. Headers are permitted!!! With headers being allowed, please take note that no turn-down headers will be permitted. Open headers are allowed, but the pipes can't be turned down toward the racing surface.

100-6 … IGNITION – Stock. No modifications

100-7 … REAR END

a. Stock (9-inch Ford rearend recommended!!!)

b. No spools.

c. Spider gears can be welded.

100-8 … WEIGHT – 3,000 lbs. anytime.

100-9 … WHEELS

100-10 … TIRES

a. Only street-tread DOT stamped highway radial tires are allowed. (Maximum 8-inch.) ... DOT stamped American Racer or DOT stamped Hoosier racing tires ARE NOT PERMITTED to be run in Hobby Stock!!!

b. All four tires must be the same size. Numbers must be visible.

c. No mud, snow, or off road tires permitted.

100-11 … ENGINE

a. Must remain completely stock, including mounts.

b. Carburetor must remain stock. Choke can be removed.

c. Maximum cubic inches permitted:

d. Only stock factory cast or aluminum intakes allowed. No aftermarket aluminum intakes permitted!!!

e. Engine claim $1,000 and trade. Includes everything bolted to engine except, exhaust, motor mounts, transmission and flywheel.

RULES OF CLAIM

Only the winner can be claimed. Must finish in the top 3 positions and on the lead lap to make a claim. Must have run the previous week to file a claim. The winner can be claimed on his/her first race. The claim area will be as you cross the scales. Failure to accept claim will result in disqualification. Any make can claim any other make if so desired.

NOTE: Super Late Model or Pro Late Model drivers WILL NOT be permitted to compete in Hobby Stock division.
